On the Run: Fear Loathing and Collage

You won't want to miss this exhibition with a narrative arc; that of a concept album, each piece standing on its own, but together taking you somewhere else entirely!

This show is inspired by his obsessions: the Coen Bros, Craig Finn, murder ballads, Sergio Leone, Flannery O’Connor, Nick Cave, Drive-by Truckers, Hitchcock, that moment in Casino when you see Pesci’s car speeding across the desert reflected in De Niro’s sunglasses. Like Bukowski said: She’s in there too.

"The show follows a woman on the run. She’s ripped off her drug
dealer boyfriend, grabbed a big bag of cash and a suitcase full
of drugs, and vanished into the desert. Now she’s being hunted
by bad men and bad decisions. She loses her grip on reality in
the neon blur of Vegas. Will she make it out? Will any of us?"
